Thank you for shopping with JwilderCo! We hope you're thrilled with your purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer free returns with a full refund. If you need to return or exchange your JwilderCo gear, please visit our returns and exchanges portal using the link below:
How it Works:
Order Information: To begin, have your order number and original email address ready. You can find your order number in your confirmation email or on the top right of your packing slip (e.g., JWLD-12345).
Eligibility: Returns or exchanges must be made within 45 days of the original purchase date. Items should be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition, with all hang tags attached.
International Orders: Please note that all international sales are final unless the item is defective upon delivery.
Exchanges:
What We Accept: We gladly exchange unwashed, unworn items with hang tags still attached for another size or color of the same item (e.g., exchanging one shirt for the same shirt in a different size).
Shipping Label: Once an exchange is initiated, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
Processing: After your carrier scans the JwilderCo-provided shipping label, your new order will be prepared for shipment, typically within 24 hours of drop-off.
Shipping Cost: All exchanged items ship free to U.S.-based addresses.
Returns:
Initiation: All returns must be initiated through the link above.
What We Accept: We gladly accept unwashed, unworn items with hang tags still attached for store credit or a full refund.
Return Authorization: Follow the steps to obtain a return authorization and a prepaid return label.
Processing: Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll inspect the item and issue a refund or store credit, provided the item is not damaged or worn. Refunds will appear on the original form of payment within 1–2 business days after warehouse approval.
Refunds and Credits:
Processing Time: Refunds and credits are applied to the original method of payment upon receipt and confirmation of the item's like-new condition (unwashed, unworn, and with hang tags attached).
Turnaround: Typically, refunds and credits are processed within 1–2 business days after the return is approved.
Shipping Fees: Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Alternatives: If we cannot exchange or repair an item to your satisfaction, we may, at our discretion, issue a gift card or store credit.

At JwilderCo, we take pride in everything we create. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase upon arrival, you can exchange it for the same item or return it for store credit or a full refund. You have our pinky promise on that.
